CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
We provide you an easy and hassle free Cancellation and refund policy,
in case you decide not to avail our services after you make online booking.
You can cancel the services and avail a refund by pressing the CANCEL OPTION provided in the App or on the web portal, 3 days prior to your day of travel.
You can also write to us on email@example.com for your refund/cancellation of the services 3 working days prior to your travel day.
Any request for cancellation of services and refund of the charges after the above given timeline will not be entertained.
Once the cancellation request is processed, we will send you an email on your registered mail id with the refund ID which can be used as a reference to get details on the refund from your respective bank
MetroZip will process the refund of payment against the services on his original payment option (Credit / Debit / Netbanking / Wallet etc.) (Eg: if a person has made payment through credit/debit card the same will be refunded in his/her credit/debit card)
Refund process shall take a period of 10 to 12 working days (the same will be dependent on your respective bank policy).
Amount will be refunded after deducting the service charge, CityZip will not be responsible for the delay in payment process as the same will depend on your respective bank refund policy. For any delays, please check with your bank with the Refund ID as reference.
